Napoleon really messed up. He took 422,000 to Russia thinking he could win, when in actuality he couldn't he came back to France with 10,000 soldiers. He killed so many innocent men and he didnt just hurt them, he hurt the mens families too. He thought fighting battles would win France there victory but as a result it didn't. I think that it was best that he stays in Elba so he wont casue any more harm considering the harm thats already been done.
