Another idiot ruler!? Empty Another idiot ruler!?

Apparently, we now have a SECOND idiot ruler. His name is Napoleon Bonaparte. I think that this Italian man doesn't know anything about France at all. He doesn't know anything about France in the least! Some of the other nobles and myself really want our original ruler to return to reclaim the throne. We want Louis XVIII to return to France.
