Napoleon just returned and he already has thousands of people favoring him to become emperor once again. Napoleon was exiled and he made his way back to France, then slowly made his way back paris and took over for the old louis. Louis was fine with letting napoleon take rule because he was old and sad but also didnt wan to rule any longer because his dad ruined his family name by getting exicuted.
